BOOKINGS:
Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. Once your party date is confirmed, you must pay the full amount for the party. No exceptions. If in the event of an emergency the amount can be refunded or the party can be changed to a different date.
GRATUITIES:
The gratuity is not included in the package price but greatly appreciated. You are not required to tip our actors, but just like tipping the wait-staff at a restaurant for good service, it is customary to tip character performers.

Please be advised that Dreams do come true assumes no responsibility or liability to accidents or damages caused during your party to your guests or your property. Your entertainer or entertainers will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client.
